Male with Asian accent says he s from UK Helpline , calling my mobile about the "unsecured debt that you have and that you are managing alone, is that correct?" My number is TPS registered. These people have rung from various 016 numbers over the past months, I don t have unsecured debt and have told them to stop ringing, but they don t. SCAM Claiming to be from DHL, had researched info about us, wanted payment for an important document to be delivered.
Their first comment was we are not trying to sell you anything then carried on talking even though I was trying to interrupt. I said I was not interested and they simply hung up. They have actually called several times and I've requested my number be removed from their call list where they said no and hung up again.
They said they were fraud team and wanted my NI number, if i didnt press one i could be in trouble and lose any assets that i have. I just hung up
