Called me at a1049 on 6th October 2020. Saying inland revenue are chasing me for tax evasion and I should ring back on this number, definitely do not ring them. This is a hoax. Inland revenue do not make these types of calls. You will be charged at premium rates and be kept in the phone, while you get a huge bill for that call.

Got the same call today from an Indian woman called "Jennifer Janet" (like f*ck)stating I had viruses. She would fix them and also upgrade my internet service! (ha ha). I played along with her until she asked me to press certain buttons on my keyboard. I no it's an Halifax number. They have rung me a few times. Has I don't recognise the number I have not answered it.
