It seemed to be one of those calls about mis-selling of PPI claims but it was a person rather than an automated call. I didn't listen for long enough to find out.

Some cretin rang my mobile. Missed the call first of all, and rang back to be told by an answering machine welcoming me to some company scamming - did I want to make a claim...

The number as displayed as a missed call did not have a leading zero.

Received a dropped call at 12:43 on 7/11/17. Added it to my blocked caller list on Plusnet Protect.

Left an answer phone message for me to call back. It was a car garage. No idea why they have my number

Has regularly called each day for some weeks but never leaves a voicemail. I never take 08 calls as I feel they re notorious for belonging to folks looking to do some sort of business or wanting to make money from me in some way - I shall be the one to choose who I engage and intend to pay for ANY service, and not the person who happens to come across my number somehow. This number keeps calling me but doesn t leave a message. Assuming it s a nuisance call or there would be a message.

This is a number in Swansea used by TUI. I d called their usual Customer Service number regarding special assistance and this was the number they called me back on. Totally genuine.

When I protested that we are registered with the TPS, the caller said I had not renewed the registration annually as required. I told him he was wrong about annual renewal, but he wouldn t have it.

These people are a bleedin' nuisance, keep calling my mobile phone when I am at work and in meetings......

This is a recruitment company, not cold calling or something. Although can be annoying anyway.
