The company are legit BUT beware the 'free' government funding claim - it is funded, but, from your adult learning grant which is means tested, they need all your income details etc and a £125 fee if you do not complete the course.

Tried on two occasions to get a better deal at the end of my 24 month contract, not offered anything worth staying for especially after being a customer for 10 + years. I requested PAC via online chat as others did commenting here. Very painful experience, given the hard sell from retention team and then made very awkward to extract PAC number from them. Subsequently they rang me on said number begging for me to return ? Too late! I wouldn?t go back if it was free.

I have just had a call from this number - a man with an Asian accent (possible Indian) asking me about my computer,. saying there was something wrong with it, and he wanted to sort it out for me. I put the phone down, but he tried ringing back twice more.
This company are based in Brighton and are trying to get you to make charitable donations to various charities.... As I already donate to a charity of my choice I do not wish to be bothered by these types of calls. I m also signed up with TPS so shouldn t get them anyway... I found their direct number which is 01273 698697 and asked them to remove both my numbers from their database... Lets see what happens...

Scammers.. A recording saying that your national insurance number has been compromised. I keep getting calls on my work mobile which I only ever use for work and it is in no way linked to me personally. Definitely a scam, as I have read about people getting these calls. Be wary!

I too just got a call from this number (From Preston Lancs.)and as soon as I answered the call after 2 rings they put the phone down!! Odd!!!

Asian Guy (David) calling from Windows Technical about my computer. Apparently something wrong with my computer so need to turn it on so they could sort it out. I asked them to tell me what my computer IP address is - which obviously they can t tell me because they don t know who they are speaking to. IT IS A SCAM - THEY WANT A ONE OFF, LIFETIME PAYMENT. Con artists! I am signed up to TIPS and if this was a legitimate company they would be following the code of practice set up. They do not follow the law. they use a recorded voice, therefore they are criminals. Another number for the call blocker.
