TalkTalk claim them but don t have records of their calls. They managed to cancel a transfer to another company without my permission. Talk Talk are prohibited from contacting you while a transfer is going through, other than by letter. I think this is an iffy way round the rules. They don t use TT main 0800 telephone number. Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 3334439xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with accident claims, insurance management, PPI and pensions - just another call centre. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...
