SCAM they purported to be from Three network and said that as a valued customer I could receive s reduction on my monthly payment. I gave them my name, dob and address as they requested it to confirm their details. I became suspicious when they asked for my bank sort code and account no so they could amend the direct debit. I refused to give this and they hung up. I have contacted Three and no one has phoned me, they don't phone customers
Whoever this was purported to be my son and wanted me to call back. Didn't as there were at least 2 red flags.

Pre-recorded message claiming to be from bank saying there had been two suspicious transactions and giving options to press 1 or 2, depending on what response mine was. Voice was good RP English. I just had a call from this number too, claiming to be "D M Experts". The person he asked to speak to, Ben , does not exist on my number or at my address and I have been plagued with calls lately from some company claiming to be something to do with the Office of Fair Trading, who also always asks for Ben , but they have the sense to block their number.
