I take great delight in stringing them along for as long as possible, listening to them get more and more frustrated as I keep asking questions about their blocking box . Receiving a number of missed calls from this number
Indian man who claimed I had been specially selected as a Carphone Warehouse customer to benefit from a special offer. I've never shopped at Carphone Warehouse, so knew it was a scam. When I confronted him with this he said he got my number from a database. I asked him what his mother thought of him working as a scam caller, at which point he hung up.

Received two calls from this number today. Caller identified himself as Nathan from A.C.S. When I asked what A.C.S. stood for caller terminated call.
This is for a travel agent called Tropical Sky. It was a legitimate call in my case.

Just had a call from this number, an asian lady called Kate Brown(???) who said that my IP address was being used by others around the world so they will be cancelling user licence on my IP address. No idea tbh, the Google map location says “North Devon Valeting” I assume they have gone bust due to the covid scam and been taken over by a call centre/scammer. I have been getting calls four or more times a day from mobile and landlines for weeks, so I no longer pick up any calls that are not in my contacts. Guessing I’ve somehow made it onto a calling list. Shame, as I’ve had my number over 20 years without needing to change it. I’ve marked this as a scam as I don’t know any company or person from Bude.
