Like another person wrote on here, I said no to the insurance on the website, the person was friendly enough and accepted no thanks, but I didn t consent to my number being used in that way, only for delivery info (i.e. time slot) to be given. Always ask them security questions, they got the order number correct and I don t know if there is a scam where they say they ll take away the old appliance for free, and then somehow charge you or possibly sign you up for insurance even though you said no, idk. Called today. I did not answer as have had previous scam calls from Aberdeen. Phone did not report as Suspected Spam but I think it is likely that it is.
Legit company who are sold old debts by N Power. Pursue debts over 5 years old and just never give up. Mistakenly chased me and no amount of letters to them and NPower can stop them ringing and writing to me.
