The number is a marketing company using automated surveys i.e recorded messages with press button that for this and press button this for that type responses. In my case, the survey related to using a NatWest service where I had supposedly contacted a NatWest call agent to discuss some aspect of my bank account. This is an external number very possibly india - set up to come through 0800 exchange - as everyone who has made a comment here re how often they call I suggest if it is virgin media with an offshore call center they need to close it or at least have them able to answer everyones questions and not just repeat their own questions off a printed list - everyone hates annoying pestering calls close it down or do some proper training for ur advertizements / new packages
