SCAM I don't know who this company is but they are ARSEHOLES. I answered, they asked to speak to *my name*, I said "who's calling" , they said "good afternoon *my name* I'm Alex how are you today?" , I said "which company are you and why are you calling me?" He then MIMICKED me like a primary school child and hung up. What a sad life to have, working for a scumbag scam company bullying people on their own phone numbers.

I rang this number as parcel not delivered by Hermes as arranged. Matter was dealt with very efficiently and courteously.
Calls are at least - being stopped by Call Guardian which is built into the phone. So, the phone rings once, the Guardian kicks in and asks for the caller s identity. However, since this has never been given (and any such call is then terminated by Guardian), we assume they coming from an automated system. We just wish the system would give up on us!

Told them I wasn t interested, didn t have a call for a week or so and now they re off again! This is definately NOT RAC because I ve checked the number with them! This is a scam number pretending to be from the "ONS" (Office of National Statistics) for a telephone interview following on from the National Census form completion. It was from a letter from the so called ONS but the phone number was written by hand. The letter also contained genuine numbers for the ONS to give it a realistic authenticity. They try to get you to pay a fine/ empty your bank account.
