Does he/she realise that by calling from the USA to UK is going to cost them as our line is low call for UK mainland and premium for International private callers. Called again: 15:55 - Accident Claims (understand you've been in a car accident - NOT). No name. Not pressing 5 to be connected, or 9 to be removed.
Caller asked me to confirm my name and then hung up immediately making me feel very uncomfortable and suspicious.
