Halifax Bank have never been the problem - much of the people, representing and procedures, incompetences and lack of getting things done Halifax have adopted however, including Baljit, are what give Halifax Bank a bad reputation.

This is Warner marketing company. Line stayed silent but called back and the message stated Warner and that it was regarding taking part in a marketing survey.
Claimed to be from HMRC about my National Insurance number and to say that my number has been involved in fraudulent activity and that they we're suspending my NI number and to press 1 to speak with an officer. I will report this to HMRC and the police action fraud website. called and left a voicemail for my mum (she owns the 3uk contract account for my phone)and asked her to call them back on the same number. seems a bit suspicious to me though because they have never called before even when we were behind on a payment, other people said all they hear is silence which wouldnt happen for official 3uk customer advisors calling people and the woman was barely understandable - she was obviously an indian call centre person

Insulation I answered the call on third time of receiving a call on this number. Asian guy asking for my details to determine if I qualify for a grant for lift insulation. As this was a completely cold call I told him to remove my details from his list of contacts and to not call me again (yeah, right, like that’s going to happen!). I then hung up.
