Has regularly called each day for some weeks but never leaves a voicemail. I never take 08 calls as I feel they re notorious for belonging to folks looking to do some sort of business or wanting to make money from me in some way - I shall be the one to choose who I engage and intend to pay for ANY service, and not the person who happens to come across my number somehow. Phoned me. Said they are Accident Management Services and that I can make a claim. I asked them to remove me from their list, but I got another call from them (but from a diff...

"We have been informed you have been in an accident in the last 3 years". I haven t. It is an automated call, the "person" you are talking to is actually automated. I am on the no call list so am reporting them.

This call is supposedly about a recent installation of insulation which is now causing condensation. This is clearly a scam as they have no details. Beware of yet another lowlif...

My mother-in-law has just found a charge for ?99.99 on her Barclays statement. I ve just spoken to the bank and they have been 100% helpful and have agreed to refund her ASAP. When mum-in-law initialy went into the bank to query the transaction they told her that it was a holiday company and assisted her to call them. The company told her that they take the view that unless you specifically say otherwise they assume that you want thier services, even though the in-laws had no knowledge of the company. T
