I answered today and said the same thing - so checked what information they had on my address etc, and have the correct address, have asked for the information, and will check it out when I receive it. I taead of them they still call me every day becouse they found excuse just to get money from people please be careful with this number and block her instantly .
I have received several calls from 01614867218 asking for details of my accident, I have not had an accident so I blocked the number. I have now had calls from 01614867210 again asking about my "accident", the caller asked for me by name but did not identify himself he also dodged the issue when I asked how he got my number. I then blocked this number as well.

Apparently this is the Energy Advice Team and I thought this company were just cold calling me.
