Mobile networks may charge higher but that is not within our control. The number is not text enabled so therefore there should be no charge for texting. They call if you have had an accident andsay they want to act on your behalf but will not tell you where they have got your details from. Whenu ask they hang up Such a rude and untrustworthy company - who will not disclose who they are or where they are based. Put the phone down on them if they call.
