SPAM. Nigel Frank recruitment these folk call your mobile usually during work meeting times (9-10) and think it's acceptable to keep your phone ringing for 30sec. Knowing you've probably muted the call with the intention of putting your phone to silent when they eventually abandon the call they'll immediately radial so you cant do this, to annoy you again, which is a bit controlling. Despite telling them you've started a new job, they continue to pester you every month.

Put another person on the phone when she got flustered, male then started asking me my security question, what model of phone I had, mt network provider was etc. SCAM - avoid!! This is a scam. They claim to be calling from DHL about an unpaid import duty charge but they haven’t even got the right amount! I’d already had an email from DHL a few days earlier. Didn’t ask for payment over the phone but sent an email. What bothers me is that they had my home phone number, my email address (the payment link was in a very poorly constructed fake email from ‘George Spofforth’) & the DHL waybill number. Serious data breach going on here.
