no messages left but when I fone back I get a message saying the person at ext 1010 is unavailable & their voice mail can t take anymore messages = suspicious to me now blocked. the message doesn t even give a company name !?!?!
Just been called by this number to inform me my emails are being used by someone in the usa and if I follow his instructions through my computer we can solve this together. Bloody nice chap! However I do know that once connected to your computer they can lock you out unless you make payments to them. SCAM me thinks. Consider it DANGEROUS, if you answer, they know that your number is active, sell your number on, and you will be bombarded, they will log your times on answering and build a profile of you, and eventually you are bait. Three possibilities : they bought the number for their business from a telecoms provider, they hijacked it from a genuine user, or they spoofed it.
They send texts about your pension or PPI asking you to reply STOP or SEND. Do not reply to these texts they are a scam and will cost you money.

Second call received from John at computer maintenance. First time when I told him that there wasn t a computer at this number he hung up, hoped this would deter further calls. But following day different time he phoned again told him that still didn t have computer and wanted to be taken off their database at which point he hung up. Waiting to see if they ring again.

An Asian sounding man called asked to speak to me by name, said he was from the Ministry of Justice, then he told me to FU-K Off & hung up.
Chap with asian accent, calling from advantage at 17.55 hrs, he wanted me to confirm my name then answer questions, but then said I was under no obligation to do so (clearly), I said I would not answer any questions and said he was to not bother me again and I hung up. if this occurs again, I will not be so polite.
