SCAM I don't pick up on unknown numbers so they can leave a voicemail if they are legitimate No voicemail left, after ten minutes I called the number back and this was the message : "This is an incorrect number please check and redial" So my advice, never pick up, wait for them to leave voicemail, google number and then call back if needed HTH

A nuisance call from a company called Save Britain Money, talking about checking tariffs of energy and gas and might be able to save me money on it. told them i wasn t interested and to take my details off their system.
For the past week they ve been ringing me every day. When you say you re not interested then they are like are you not interested in making X amount of money in your spare time and all that crap. recieved a call from HSBC today. somethin about upgrading the "ordinary" account to "premium". well, I don t like being cold called so I hang up. a day later I phoned HSBC. they told I hadn t been called. so..... question... are the guys at HSBC liars or, and more likely, this call had the sole purpose of aquiring account details and so on, aka phishing.

SCAM.. spoke to two men both with very strong foreign accents who's English was very poor could barely understand what they was saying. They tried saying they worked for sky and that my broadband had flagged problems over to their head office so wanted me to go on my laptop so they could show me. I immediately checked my sky account through the legitimate app on my phone and ran tests which all came back fine.. all felt dodgy right from the off and when asked to go on my laptop I hung up..
