Very rude and vague. The caller claims that is from PTI, but he doesn t want to go into more details abut the reason of calling. He insists on being put through the Managing Director. If you ask more questions regarding the company he is calling from he hangs up.

SCAM Caller claimed to be from Domestic insurance and the insurance on my electrical appliances was about to run out and they needed my card details to reinsure, After running my own appliance repair company for over 30 years, I wouldn’t be a very engineer if I need to insure my own appliances. SCAM / SPAM Long pause at the start to begin the recording, then very dodgy sounding HMRC call, you have a fraud case open in your name, press 1 to connect to advisor, not pressing 1 will trigger an arrest warrant! Note to the spammers, at least make it sound real when you play the message!

Had a call from "Tom" saying he was ringing back about insulation we'd had installed in our loft. Except we'd never had insulation installed as we don't even have a loft! Immediately hung up when I said this. Guessing it's some kind of scam/marketing operation.
Fraud -They Said they were from 02 promotional dept & as I was a loyal customer they would be giving me a discount , they said they were texting me a code which I needed to read back to them ... Spoke to 02 , they have no such dept & said if I had given them the code they would have been able to access my aps & go on a spending spree
