I answered a call from this number but it was quiet on the other line then hang up on me. This number has been ringing me numerous times now, no voicemail or text. Beware.

Typical car crash claim telesales person starting with the usual question: “I have been told that you were involved in a car crash. Is that right?” They are trying to make you speak about such accidents if any by asking such questions. So, hang up the phone and not waste your time.

Identified as Your Mortgage Review Intimidating mature lady caller encouraging me to change my mortgage to one with a lesser interest rate given that we re in a climate of low interest rates.. She started off with little information on me but I did tell her my current lender. Then questioned me as to why I am staying with them given that they re charging such high interest. This company ring monthly. The woman today was very aggressive saying she was doing me a favour and wanted a reason why I was refusing such a good deal. Asked to speak to manager, she came with a higher voice, I wasn?t fooled. Asked again for manager and who promptly cut me off. Rang back the number it was Hotweeks. Got through to manager who said he would remove my details from their system. They have said that before . If they ring again it?s off to Ofcom.

Very aggressive so asked them to Hold while I get a pen. Dragged this out for them for 4 mins - lol - at least i wasted their time! Score to the consumer!

This is a company called Business Advisory Services who appear to be a genuine energy broker but they are aggressive and pushy on the phone.
