I am suspicious of this phone number. The man phoning spoke good English with a strong accent and was convincing. He told me he was from AV (antiviral program) and that my recent payment of £149 had not gone through. He offered me a discount policy at £29 for the next year. Re The failed bank payment, the bank itself stopped this money and when I spoke to my bank it was decided that the £149 seemed high for an anti viral program and there was a possibility of fraud. No bank name was given. apparently there were two transactions going through on my card, one for Amazon and another larger sum was an international money transfer. I was invited to press 1 to cancel the transactions or 2 to confirm. Naturally I did neither.

Fraud absolutely disgusting phone called received from This number. I get called 5/6 a day. A man was trying to argue with me. He told me he was from a debt company and asked if I had debts, to which I answered it’s Jon I feel your business. He asked for me home address and email address! I said absolutely not he then proceeds to shoot at me down the phone telling me HE WILL NOT take my number off there database. These phone calls need policing, it’s disgusting that companies like this get away with it.

An apparent loan company, after getting your basic details they then ask for your login details for experian or other credit agency details. Hung up and blocked number.

Asian Guy (David) calling from Windows Technical about my computer. Apparently something wrong with my computer so need to turn it on so they could sort it out. I asked them to tell me what my computer IP address is - which obviously they can t tell me because they don t know who they are speaking to. IT IS A SCAM - THEY WANT A ONE OFF, LIFETIME PAYMENT. Told them it was a scam. He got angry at this. So I said don t call again and that I was reporting their number to police - Action Fraud. Also helpful t
