I have just had a call from a lady from 01704 222222 claiming to work for Albany Assist and wanting to talk to me about the non fault accident I have had in the last two and a half years. I told her I hadn’t had one and the call ended. Reported to the real Albany Assist as per the request in this thread. Interesting that if you call the number back no one answers. Caller was a scouse female.
Called repeatedly (up to 5 times a day) even though I asked them to remove my number from their systems. Completely untrustworthy.
12 calls in the last 24 hours from this number. Answered first call and was told they were to do with PPI, I immediately asked to be removed from calling list caller then became rude and abusive. No further calls answered, this seems to not deter them at all, and is bordering on criminal harassment.

When i asked if it was a sales call, he said no, it's about a complaint from the national grid!! Keeps on calling me even though I m not answering. No voicemail left. I answered once and could hear noise like a call centre. It s really annoying now and I blocked but they phoned from another number which is similar with just digits at the end different.
Rings on average twice daily including weekends. When answered no one speaks but background noise suggests it is from a workplace.
