017270753179: Had a call from this number saying that our internet had been hacked. Sensibly my partner put the phone down. Checked the number by calling it back to discover the number was incorrect and to check the number again. Double checked ! It appears they can now fake numbers that they are calling from!?? Do not engage - put the phone down.

Had a text from this number saying to contact Santander. I later rang my bank direct and they had no record of this. It's a scam!

This company should be banned for life by disturbing others, calls are at late night.

Call about a job offer, but caller could not answer any questions about rates, hours, tax etc. Clearly a call from someone who knows nothing about employment contracts or recruitment.

Recorded message pretending to Police Fraud unit. Asked to press button 1 before suspension of NI number and arrest.

Keeps calling never leaves a message or talks when I do answer. Can hear other calls being made in the background. Ambulance chasers by other reviews online.

Yes, mine was a foreign sounding man too; said the same thing - that he was from windows and my computer was misbehaving. I didn't say anything but just hung up. i suspect if I had gone along with the scam, I would have messed up my computer.

They call saying you've been in an accident when you haven't - harassment.
