Called saying it was in relation to a PPI claim. Lots of chatter and laughter in the background.When I asked them to remove me from their database they asked if they could ask me a survey question which was if I was 10m away from the sun how hot would I be? I said dead and they hung up.

Just answered a call from this number and was told they were looking to speak to S MacDonald which is myself. They said they were calling regarding a personal matter on behalf on a mutual client but could not tell me any more information until I confirmed by details. Girl was rude and very blunt on the with her responses. I will not confirm any details unless I know who is calling but she refused to disclose that to me. Hung up
This is BT text service notifying you that soemone has sent a SMS to your home phone number which it will subsequently read if your home phone is not SMS enabled. A pain as it doesn t seem to be limited to reasonable hours. This number keeps ringing my mobile, knows my name and that I am with BT, says you don t have to notice to your broadband supplier and that they are cheaper (talk talk - not heard any good words about them. I told the guy that I would think about it nearer to my contract ending, I got another call a couple of hours later and this guy would take no, I told him where to go.
