My mother-in-law has just found a charge for ?99.99 on her Barclays statement. I ve just spoken to the bank and they have been 100% helpful and have agreed to refund her ASAP. The same company has been call blocked on at least 20 different numbers, they keep changing numbers every few days, when i get through to one of them and tell them to take me off their calling list they are rude and hang up, scum of the earth! Company needs heavily fining!
