Surely to goodness someone, somewhere, has got to put a stop to this. Who is paying for all these claims? Us, in our high insurance costs of course. It is pissing me off, big time. Silent call, not answering despite picking up receiver

This number keeps on ringing me. The first time I got a call from this number I had my phone on silent as I was at work. When I tried to ring them back it says that it is not a valid number. I have not answered this number since I have no idea who they are and why I cannot call them back. Seems very suspicious to me. If you get one I would advise you do not answer.
