Received this call today. It came approximately 30 minutes after a call from a Cambridge number 01223 931995. The Cambridge number went dead on answering. The 01330 563426 number allowed me to answer, and an automated message said it was the HMRC and that I would be fined. You could press 1 to talk to an agent. I hung up. You cannot ring back. There is no record of this phone number on the internet. Banking Fraud Scam

Rang today saying it was a debt company and my husband( who they didn’t know was deceased ) owed money for a long time . I didn’t tell them he was deceased and said if you want ant contact with my husband you’ll only get it through me , as this Indian insisted he spoke to him . There are hundred or so text charges showing on phone provider account to me. But it they were not sent for my phone, there is no record of these text messages being sent on my phone's log.

Claims to be calling from Virgin Media, when challenged (I'm on TPS, I'm not in a Virgin cable area, etc) they hang up. Same outfit call three or four times a day, always from a different spoofed number.

Scam exceptionally aggressive Micheal Masterson (suspect not his real name) bitcoin salesman who said to a female, quote "I'm recording this and all your calls, you are not even a human to me, I'm going to report you to the financial industry standards, you dickhead, do you want me to report you for not answering my questions?" I'd told him that I was not interested in and that I had told the previous 43 callers the same! Does the phone blocking facility ever get full? Hope not.

Call fro HMRC with an American like voice, saying you owe taxes. Press one for more details. Think it’s a scam and put the phone down.

This seems to be a scam, someone pretending to be someone's child, saying 'Hi Mum, this is my new number. My phone doesn't turn on on anymore so now you can text and call me on this number'. My child would not write like this. Please be aware.
