SCAM A female agent called me with Mobile Phone = 07428693956 at 12:02 pm identifying themselves as BT Customer Services and Security. They said their engineer was working on the line and detected an extra IP address registered at my location. Now BT customer services never ring outbound on a mobile, plus IP addresses are allotted by the router and not by the user. This is a scam and dangerous number if they ring you just take details, report it as fraud and scam, then hang up! ###SCAM###SCAM#FRAUD#FRA

Fraud. Text received from them saying they are the "PRA Group. You have a discount". I didn't open the text, but googled PRA Group instead. Apparently they are an American debt collecting agency. Blocked!

I started my journey with them in 2014 and have always been kept up to date with delivery and meeting my expectations at all times. A credit to Contract Cars and as a manager in a sales environment theirs I've recommended CC to many people and will continue to do so.
Said they were from BT and were going to cancel Broadband, installed anywhere desktop access software and installed Trojan Gen 5 to gain access to a bank account. Thankfully the bank saw it as a large amount and blocked the transaction
