Tried on two occasions to get a better deal at the end of my 24 month contract, not offered anything worth staying for especially after being a customer for 10 + years. I requested PAC via online chat as others did commenting here. Very painful experience, given the hard sell from retention team and then made very awkward to extract PAC number from them. Subsequently they rang me on said number begging for me to return ? Too late! I wouldn?t go back if it was free.

Fraud absolutely disgusting phone called received from This number. I get called 5/6 a day. A man was trying to argue with me. He told me he was from a debt company and asked if I had debts, to which I answered it’s Jon I feel your business. He asked for me home address and email address! I said absolutely not he then proceeds to shoot at me down the phone telling me HE WILL NOT take my number off there database. These phone calls need policing, it’s disgusting that companies like this get away with it.

I am suspicious of this phone number. The man phoning spoke good English with a strong accent and was convincing. He told me he was from AV (antiviral program) and that my recent payment of £149 had not gone through. He offered me a discount policy at £29 for the next year. I Received a call from this number twice today and when i was able to answer they introduced themselves as Consumer helpline, the lady on the call advised that i had overpaid for finance in 2011 and she wished to help me get this refunded however i have never taken anything out on finance. I asked to submit a subject access request under the Data Protection Act where she then passed me to her manager.
