They called to say they were returning a call I had made asking for loft insulation, I hadn't!! I just put the phone down, as it was a cold call, and I actually live in a block of flats on the ground floor!
SCAM supposed to be calling about the TPS which I use, told me they were upgrading my service so that I would never get another call from scammers etc, they had all my details which I find extremely worrying, after telling me how I would be upgraded, wanted the 16 number’s on my registered debit card, they slammed the phone down when I refused
The BeWise insurance company ignore tick boxes stating NO contact - they will contact you regardless. When you tell them to remove your details from their database, they still call the next year. The Ombudsman needs to investigate this company.

I asked her where she got my number as I am signed up to TPS, and she said she would make sure my number was taken off the list...she said that last time too...absolute trash these companies. SCAM / SPAM Number called at 2pm saying it was the income tax department and I've been caught doing tax fraud and I should press 1 to speak to the agent dealing with my case. If I don't press 1 I will be arrested soon. Hung up and searched but can't find a record of the number. I've committed no fraud so not worried but people shouldn't receive these calls.

SCAM / SPAM 0203 468 5940 is more than likely a scammer . Male with Scottish Accent phoned asking if I had enquired about an Isa. I have not spoken or electronically enquired about an Isa in years. So a cold caller which I had thought was now illegal. Bad vibes. Don't divulge any details. He was pleasant enough but that in itself is a trick of the trade, and he as all scammers are thinking about there next bite. BEWARE.
