A debt collection company who collect debts on behalf of eBay. My fees have been paid once then I got an email saying it d been withdrawn and I still owed fees to the sum of £25. It seemed to be one of those calls about mis-selling of PPI claims but it was a person rather than an automated call. I didn't listen for long enough to find out.

Very rude and vague. The caller claims that is from PTI, but he doesn t want to go into more details abut the reason of calling. He insists on being put through the Managing Director. If you ask more questions regarding the company he is calling from he hangs up.
