Started calling me repeatedly in since Tuesday. Say they want to complete a survey, they have incorrect details for me and I won t confirm my new post code - it s driving them nuts! I ve asked them to stop calling me and they KEEP DOING IT. Sometimes the number is unknown.

SCAM - Pretending to be Openreach and my internet has had illegal activity on it - yawn - told him he was the illegal activity and he hung up.
I had just made a purchase from Amazon and this person with a very bad line phoned claiming to be from Amazon wanting to check my details. This is the second time it has happened. Amazon do not operate like this. Be on your guard.

Best advice I can give is BLOCK BLOCK BLOCK the muppets. They disputed my PPI Claim as they offer Repayment Option, only changed the name in 2008 so got company sorting it now. Had my card 11 years so know I m owed thousands & Im not payin em a penny more till sorted. My hubby paid approx 680 over 7 years on his natwest & got ?2,196 back. Was from a Gary Walker claiming to be from my insurance company. In actuality it was from The Cotswold Group who are Private Investigators for insurance companies. This nows seems to be standard practice when making a claim and another method for insurance companies to try and get out of reimbursing you. I have been told by an insurance company that they use a phone based lie detector, which is completely useless. Lie detectors are not admissible in court because their results are not consistent.

When called there is an American voice recorded message "Your call is very important to us. Please stay on the line & you will be transferred to next available agent..." It then plays music while caller holds. Long wait times, if you get connected to the agent. This seems to be a growing trend with different numbers continually changing. Potential fraud or scam.

These people call me at least 6 times a day. (They have been doing so for about 3 weeks). They are looking for someone I ve never heard of and I ve had this phone number for 14 years. I have called back repeatedly and told them and they have "promised" to take me of their "DIALLER" but they continue to call. No messages are left when I let the answer phone pick up the calls. I am at my wits end!

I answered this but no response. When I put the phone(mobile down the phone wouldn t work at all. Completely froze. It wouldn t shut down, reboot. Phone completely inoperable for about a minute. Very scarey, thought I had lost the whole contents. Be very careful. DO NOT ANSWER THIS NUMBER!!!
