Asked how he knew that, told me it is in his database, I asked what details he had about me and my property in his database and to treat that question as a GDPR request with 28 days to comply before I report this to the Government Information Commissioner. Called today, call centre no one spoke so I pressed the bar button and hung up. Always seem to call when you bus.

Called me to discuss all info about my traffic accident which is non existent. I asked who NAC is and he said he d get to that then asked about my accident. I asked him to explain what happened as he had it all there. He told me to f*ck off and said he would slap me in the street if I spoke to him like that. Apparently he owns the business so he can talk to his potential cs how he likes.
