Yet another call about being involved in a non-fault car accident. They hung up on me.
ALLAY CLAIMS - right lot of fraudulent bast**ds, scammers, thieves & extortionists. Look them up on www.trustpilot.com as well as lots of other websites. They forge signatures on documents and then try to extort money claiming the signed document is original. Best bet is put in complaints to all the toothless regulators and hope enough others do the same and maybe someone will take them off the financial systems. Maybe time for lighting the blue touchpaper.....!!!!!

Also claimed to be from Amazon. I told them to send me an email. English was barely understandable. Probably a scam.
A recorded message warned me that my bank account was to be charged to continue my membership of Amazon Prime after a free trial. I don't belong to Amazon Prime! I did not dial 1 as suggsted to speak to someone, particularly because although I do have an Amazon account my name was not given in the call. Phishing at best, access to my bank account possibly?

Scam number impersonating virgin money. I received a text which appeared to be from virgin money “this is your one time passcode to debit your account (amount) to pay (company). If this was NOT you call us on 03309124638” I called Virgin money directly using their actual number from the back of my bank card to report it, it’s definitely a scam.

Called using someone elses phone number but asking for me by name. By coincidence I happened to answer this call. Hope Frontline are reading this, as if I receive another phone call, I will be visiting Unit 24 in Halifax to see Frontline, and that is something they would not want to happen

Nuisance caller. Has been calling daily over the past week or so.
No Answer when picked up. eventually a recorded 'Goodbye', so probably either either checking my number is live or expecting people to bring back if their answerphone picked up the message and its assumed an important call missed.

08009887799 called 11:26am 11/02/2015 - had calls by this number previously but hadn t answered. I picked up and said nothing - 10 secs later call was hung up. I have no knowledge of this company (Allied Union) and am on TPS.

They called me while I was driving, so didn't pick up BUT they called 6 times over a period of 15 minutes! The voice mails was from a indian gentleman but I was unable to understand what they waned.

My TRUECALL device received a call from 01924215367 today. Its operating system would have asked who is calling before asking me whether I wished to accept the call. The caller did not respond and my phone did not ring. I installed this device because I have been a victim of miss-selling and fraud crime. The product is endorsed by BT. Mistakenly answered - it simply clicked off - presumably adding our number to endless harrassers' databases. Luckily, another call I'd missed is also now continually dialling dailly (despite answering), so I can safely (once more) ignore them all. I remember when the phone used to be a means of communication, rather than intrusion - targeting the most vulnerable. This one's probably dangerous.
