Insulation I answered the call on third time of receiving a call on this number. Asian guy asking for my details to determine if I qualify for a grant for lift insulation. As this was a completely cold call I told him to remove my details from his list of contacts and to not call me again (yeah, right, like that’s going to happen!). I then hung up.

I ve left a comment as they are now seemingly going from "National Utilities" to "Concept Industries". I ve been called by this number and others today regarding a recent tenancy change at my premises. I ve owned and lived in the property for 7 years! The girl ended up putting the phone down on me after she couldn t wriggle out of a few questions I asked. A load of nonsense. Other numbers they ve used include - 01495 816006 and 01622 248006 I m also pretty certain it s the same girl who phones, ha!

When enquired, came up with nonsense which made no sense. Asked for network provider, my name, and starting asking family names. Of course gave fake names and realised I knew they were scammers. They forge signatures on documents and then try to extort money claiming the signed document is original. Best bet is put in complaints to all the toothless regulators and hope enough others do the same and maybe someone will take them off the financial systems. Amy from Amazon (with an Indian accent and obviously from a call centre) said that there had been purchases of gift cards from my Amazon account and was it me who had made them?
