Twice I have received calls from this number. The first time I missed the call; no message left. The following day they called for a second time. I answered but they hung up on me! My guess is that someone is updating a database of useful information for scamming purposes. If it s a genuine sales call, it is not being run by a reliable or trustworthy organisation. Just don t answer.

Yes you can block any number even on a landline here is the number if you're a BT customer 14258. iPhone also has a blocking service on 1-4 block shows in called number list straight away.
