Android marked this number as spam so I ignored it. Called twice in quick succession.

Yet another, "I hear you ve been involved in an accident recently that wasn t your fault". When I asked when was the accident and who reported it the caller hung up.
Several calls a day, several days in a row now, sometimes silent caller and other times claiming to be from Talk Talk. Not with Talk Talk but have been in the past.

Text from this number purporting to be from Post Office. Notification of delivery failure and requesting £1.99 redelivery fee. I suspect that if you click on the pay now button it will ask for card details from which to extract the fee. I have had it confirmed by the Company from which I was expecting the parcel and by Royal Mail that this is a scam. The html behind the website interface is http://www.w3.org/1999/html, which when googled separately does not exist.
I don't know, but my phone said it was the Esher branch of Santander. Seems weird though.
I do not know anyone in Liverpool where this supposedly originates from. Any ideas?

Further to my earlier post this caller also seems to use this number with additional prefixes - 00144 - and dropping the first 0 , presumably trying to bamboozle the system or the receiver! Still refuses to leave a message.!!
