this number called me 3 times yesterday using +1(225)690-004 LA,USA I did not answer, then today on 01225 690004 I did not answer again rang me 5 times

Answered call and could hear call centre noises in background but no-one spoke. Eventually call ended. No idea who it was as search on number brings up no results

Asian Guy (David) calling from Windows Technical about my computer. Apparently something wrong with my computer so need to turn it on so they could sort it out. I asked them to tell me what my computer IP address is - which obviously they can t tell me because they don t know who they are speaking to. IT IS A SCAM - THEY WANT A ONE OFF, LIFETIME PAYMENT. I am repeatedly called by this number but there is never a message left or any explanation. In my experience I have been repeatedly targeted to claim for motor accident compensation - and very aggressively.

Tosser rang me and said he had been passed a file so I hung up. 100? this is another fake compensation outfit. Just bore off you numpty tosspot losers.

Caller (Steve) from 02079461982 claimed to be from Microsoft investigating a problem with my computer. When I told him I was running a Linux/Ubuntu instance he promptly hung up...

No voicemail left - when I returned the call it just said I was called today by Specialist Cars - part of the John Clark group and that no member of the team was available to take my call.

My company has used QTR for several years.

The polite man with a Middlesbrough accent said my name was on the database and that it was possible that I was due money back from finance or credit in the past 10 years. Knowing that I have never had any insurance or anything connected to loans etc, I knew he was just fishing - so suggested this and he put the phone down. How he got my number is a mystery

Expecting a delivery date to be arranged for furniture. Called number back, expecting for a date but they said they had nothing left and would call back nearer the time. Bit confused as to why they called me 3 minutes before?!

Just left a name and said "I have a question for you" not asking the question, not leaving a message.

Says they were BT but due to a heavy Indian accent I couldn't understand what he was saying. Have had people claiming to be BT contacting me before claiming there was an issue with my computer, why BT would contact me about my computer which has nothing to do with them caused alarm bells to ring. Not sure if this was one of these calls but be wary if answer, don't let them have control of your computer for whatever reason they give.
