SCAM Very rude gentleman claiming to be from BT and asking me to access a website because of a (non-existent) change to my Internet connection. Became aggressive and clueless when I asked him to prove his identity, before giving up easily. Come on, guys, you're not even *trying* to be convincing any more! Amateur.

Called 1st time left a message with a reference and phone number, number was dead, called the 0845 number and it doesn t receive calls ... next day she called me back and said we spoke last year and she missed my renewal date for energy by a day and hoped this year she hadn t missed it.... 100% lies, I work from home ... complete bull, she was also rude

Called by Jack Wilson & told I ve not responded to computer warning alerts and troubleshooting. Please sit in front of my computer and it ll take 5 minutes to sort it out. I asked for his name and the company, he rushed in to telling me I have a problem . I ve not turned my PC on this morning. He didn t say what kind of operating system has a problem ie PC or Mac. All too pushy on the phone. The telephone number is not a central London, Hanover Square number. I don t trust it.

Very rude supposed company constantly interrupting and insisting that I had filed a form on their website to get calls from them. Load of rubbish. Very unprofessionally spoken too, highly likely a scam company.

Had a liverpudlian girl called Lucy call me just from 01704222222, said she was calling from Alderley Assist, got the usual call centre spiel, had my name on file which I confirmed. I asked her what I could do for her and to cut to the chase as I was busy and got a mouthful of abuse being called and ugly [email protected] and other nice names.
