Said they were from customer care but the line was very crackly and couldnt hear what else, she was English which surprised me.

called and left a voicemail for my mum (she owns the 3uk contract account for my phone)and asked her to call them back on the same number. seems a bit suspicious to me though because they have never called before even when we were behind on a payment, other people said all they hear is silence which wouldnt happen for official 3uk customer advisors calling people and the woman was barely understandable - she was obviously an indian call centre person

Ring several times a day before 9 a.m. and until 9 p.m. Has gone on for months. I am at my wits end. We have telephone preference. Makes no difference. Sometimes no one is there. Sometimes want to ask a few questions and argue. Not easy to cut them off. Very distressing.

They ring up every week asking if you?ve updated your gas and electric meters to smart meters. I have with another company but if I say that they go on to ask about who it?s with etc. Don?t know about trustworthiness or not because I?ve never heard of their company other than them calling me. I tell them I?m not interested and they still call. Now I just hang up.
