Said they were from American Express, only asked for half my postcode and they knew the type of card I held and how long I have had it. I said that I d asked previous callers to remove my name from their list. When asked why I didn t want to claim my entitlement, I said I didn t need to. Q"Why not? Received call from 0141 375 0925 and received a letter as well. Keen or what. Just trying to get my info on virgin media account which I am not even with. Scammers. Don t get fooled by these people.

Rang for a couple of seconds and then hung up. Didn t attempt to call back as I m sure it is some kind of scam.

Claimed to be BT (or rather, "BT's outbound team, working for BT", rang my landline but also knew my mobile as they had a PIN sent to it. I said it was a scam and hung up.

Girl with indistinct squeaky voice ... eventually ... poor line but could make out "... accident that was not your fault ..."
