Received text message claiming to be from Royal Mail as I refused to pay £2.99 with link to reschedule delivery. Don t answer!! Don t give any details!!! These people called my elderly mother saying that there was a claim for her vehicle insurance - absolute rubbish. Also the insurance is under my father s name so they basically got her mobile number from a database. Luckily I was here and took over the phone call where it became immediately clear that they were fraudsters. Being based in Haywards Heath and with an English telephone agent you d be forgiven for initially thinking that they were legit.

Second time they have called asking for someone who has never lived here as we bought the property when built. The next time I am phoning the Police to report them for harassment.

This is a scam. If your card is stolen and HSBC calls you, they wouldn t ask you to call back. I received a call from this number AFTER I cancelled my card. I terminated the call when I realised it was a scan. I didn t call back and didn t receive another call. A genuine fraud department would call again.

This number called our landline on 16/8/18 at 6pm. We didn't recognise number so guessed it was a scammer.

Asked if I wanted to sell my business !!
