Just had a call from 01952 241140 - when I answered they took a few seconds to respond, suggesting a call centre. Claimed to be from Microsoft and wanted me to confirm I was the owner of this computer (I was on the phone not the computer but hey...) I confirmed it and then he asked the same question again but used my name. I confirmed it again and he hung up! Not sure what it was about but very wary.

Some automated message claiming to be from hmrc called aug 2020. i've blocked it because I don't believe HMRC would send an automated caller. I think it is a scam
Just received a call from these people claiming to be providing access to some sort of discount club and that they would send a welcome pack in the post. They asked how many holidays I have a year and whether they are abroad or not (in hindsight maybe that’s to determine disposable income). They asked who I bank with and I refused to answer. He said to get access to these benefits all I had to do was pay £5 as a one off payment (no monthly payments etc) and that they wouldn’t ask for my card number, just my

Someone called me from this number this morning and I answered. He said that he was phoning in regard to a recent survey that had done with regard to debts and wanting to reduce the amount paying. He knew my name but did not introduce himself or who he was workingfor. As soon as I told him I had not filled any survey online he hung up. I tried to ring the number back but it went through to an Orange answerphone that message box was full.

SCAM Told me I had been in a car accident . I pretended I had but obviously i haven't. He was very aggressive asking me if I had claimed any money from the accident as it obviously was not my fault ( Never been in an accident ).Continued to ask if I had claimed for my accident getting even more aggressive. Caller asked to speak to person who wasn t in. Told to phone again after 6pm (4 hours away). Received 2 further calls from this number within 30 minutes of original call so caller obviously doesn t listen.

Third time I asked for a postcode of this company she was calling from she instead gave me the “tradingcentre.org” website. Said her name was Isabelle Gray. When I asked why she was ringing she said I’d showed interest “possibly on a Facebook ad”. I asked for my number to be removed from the database and she said no. I told her I was 15 (I am not),
