Been called a couple of times from this number claiming I have money owed to me from a third party in my last crash. There was no third party involved, only myself, yet they keep on ringing and telling me this (presumably they want my bank details). When I explain that they are totally in the wrong and there is no money owed to me they have become VERY RUDE. Clutching at straws to collect very old debts, they buy up old debts and harass people
Claimed to be from Amazon, saying that someone had placed a £~2K order on my account and I had to push 1 or 2 to resolve the issue. Checked my account, no such order. Phoned back, got some poor woman who was at a beauty appointment. Someone is managing to get around fraud prevention by spoofing the number sources.
