Scam National Insurance Scam saying NI number has been compromised. Automated message, no doubt wanting the victim of the call to press one to be connected to scammers. I put the phone down when I heard the message and cut off the call. Having seen resent warnings about this scam, I was already aware of it. Don't act on the call and hang up. Government bodies don't call people in this way. BEWARE. DANGEROUS.

They called saying that they were offering a free loft survey to see whether there was any asbestos there. This seemed to be quite unlikely in my home so I decided it was a scam.
Surveys - could introduce themselves as either of the above, depending on how they have your number, but it s more or less the same people.

A robot saying there was a warrant for my arrest due to my "tax evasion". The robot informed me I would be arrested if I did not press one.
