I proceeded to asked, who am I speaking too? She stated that she was calling from a claims agency and my tone soon changed... 'You were in a car crash in the last 2 years, is that correct?' This number (01515153870) Easirent gave me to find out where is the money they owe me for months. Obviously no one picks up the phone.
Claimed to be from BT, was about something I knew about, but was then incredibly rude and shouted at me. This made me think it was not genuine..
SCAM Claims to be from Virgin Media. 01453762342 Told them they were a scam an hung up. The same woman had the cheek to call back and asked WHY I’d hung up on her.
This was a missed call on my wife's mobile which neither of us recognise. Any ideas?

This number sent text saying Royal Mail parcel was waiting for redelivery and that there was £1.99 to pay. There was a link below. I believe this is a scam text trying to get money, we are not expecting a parcel and even if we were, where would they get a mobile number from for someone who hasn't given Royal Mail their number?
It s not a UK number. 32 is the country code for Belgium.

Got a call off a generic sounding girl called Hannah who was adamant that I have had an accident recently. I kept saying I haven t and she hung up. I rang back and asked why she hung up (which she didn t answer). She persisted to know about my accident history. Sound very dodgy to me

A few minutes after my last nuisance call, which was from the Talk Talk impersonators, I got this one - from the p.p.i. pests using a number they had not used for me before. Only a couple of days ago their recorded message was saying it was their final attempt to contact me, but telling lies is habitual for them. I estimate I have had a hundred calls from these people. I look forward to the day they are prosecuted. They are making money out of people s naivety so I hope they get fined heavily.

SCAM Claimed to be a company called AST or Aftercare Support Team. Pretended to be a white goods insurer and offered reduced rate for reinsuring washing machine as policy was due to expire. We don't have insurance on our washing machine, so this was clearly a lie. They did specifically state our house name though, so have clearly collected some specific data about us before calling.

An Asian sounding lady rang and said she was calling from Carphone warehouse. They keep ringing me I tell them I'm not interested, very persistent.
Put my mobile next to TV and she soon hung up. I don t mind they are paying for the call. TV sound seems quite effective with most unwanted callers.
