SCAM 02038361620 - phone upgrade scam. Please waste as much of their time as possible.
This number is used by an Oven-Cleaning service - I tried to use them a couple of years ago but they would never come when I wanted them to. After getting my money back from the bank I told them that I did not want their services any more. Since then I have received literally hundreds of calls, all saying that they would like to confirm a time and date for their visit - I have asked them to stop but they are relentless. I have also blocked various numbers, at least 20 but they still call.

This is a Indian "scammer" pretending to be "Fraud Department" or "Cyber Crime UK". He uses fake names Smith, Alex. They have sent a fake email to my grand father and luckily I saw the email. These guys are fraud. I reported it to the police.

They should know whose account the transactions were on Second warning sign - As far as I'm aware Visa don't contact people direct, your card issuer will contact you. Then get a text saying sorry to bother you I got a few numbers the wrong way around. Possibly someone doing research to see if the number is active to put it on scam site.
