Called me today and after ascertaining I was the person she wanted to speak to, informed (yes! informed)me that I had worked in a noisy environment and they had been allocated a sum of money... I stopped listening, informed the caller that I was registered with TPS and no matter what excuse they could put forward, there is no way I would be doing business with any company which would deliberately ignore my wishes regarding cold calling.

Apparently this is the Energy Advice Team and I thought this company were just cold calling me. I soon realised that they were just responding to my application regarding an air source heat pump and solar pv panels on either Facebook or Instagram. These guys are a chartered accounts firm called renatas. they call and sound official in regards to business rate relief they make out like they are calling on behalf of the council and you need to take there service. stay away as you can get a rates relief by calling the council yourself. don t trust these cowboys.
