I just had a call from this number too, claiming to be "D M Experts". The person he asked to speak to, Ben , does not exist on my number or at my address and I have been plagued with calls lately from some company claiming to be something to do with the Office of Fair Trading, who also always asks for Ben , but they have the sense to block their number. Received several calls from this number over the last week, including two within ten minutes of each other. This is harrassment. They think that if they bother you for long enough you will give up and answer their calls. I NEVER answer calls from numbers that I don t recognise.

After doing an online insurance comparison on go compare, they call 2 or 3 time in quick succession until you answer. They are just following up your quotation, but if I do a comparison on line, it s because I don t want the hassle of talking to people like this on the phone. Ironically, they were the cheapest quote but it did put me off a little. I ve still got 2 days to decide and will probably go with them so they don t really need to be doing these "follow up" calls.

Received three calls in a space of 10 mins askingfor the contract holder. "There are security changes in your account." When I ask exactly what it consists of, they hang up.
