I had two calls from this number. They told me that i have been sellected in the list of hundred people in a lucky draw. They asked me to choose numbers between certain digits. Then they asked me my bank account and sort code so that they could send me money if i win.... and i told them ????????????. Am i scammed?? I feel like it. How can i stop this? Plz help.

An offer is made to check and replace the loft insulation, to then be charged for work that is simply not required.

Automated/Silent call. One of a series of calls from mobile numbers starting 077 in the space of a few days. Answered first call, where automated voice said "Your Amazon Prime membership has just been renewed at a cost of £79.99. If you want to cancel this payment, press 1". I'd cancelled my Amazon Prime membership ages ago! After the first call, I screened the next few calls to my answer machine where no message was left, just silence. A foreign sounding man introduced himself as John Parker and said I was due for refund of bank charges. I gave him my dob (I recently claimed charges and for a second thought it was genuine.)I would never give bank details and said so. I just said Lloyds bank(not true).He said his boss will phone me today. They called this morn and I didn t answer. Dreading the phone ringing now and worried giving my dob was a dangerous thing. He didn t swear but got more impatient as the call went on.
